Zybra in Partnership with Cashfree, make Invoice Payment Collection Faster & Easier for Indian Businesses

Lets accept it, Invoice Payment Collection & its reconciliation is a pain for Businesses! First you send the invoice to the customer, then after multiple reminders you get receive payment, sometime partial, sometimes in cheque(which again has to be deposited into bank account, which takes another day to get deposited) It doesnt end here, once you get the payment into your account, the transaction has to be recorded for maintaining the ledgers. Also GST & other financial reports are a part of the routine!

We at Zybra talked to many Business Owners and found that there is a big Cashflow issue due to delayed payments! And Cashflow is the key to all Small & Medium Scale Business Owners.

So we partnered with Cashfree Payments to make your invoice payments faster & easier!

How it Works?

  1. Create Invoice with Zybra & send the invoice via Email/SMS/Whatsapp
  2. The Invoice when opened shows a “Pay Now” button which has a payment link
  3. On clicking Pay Now button, the Customer can make the payment directly using UPI/Net Banking/Card/Wallet
  4. As soon as the payment is completed, it gets automatically updated & the invoice is marked as paid on Zybra
  5. All your accounting entries (including the ones for GSTR1, GSTR3B) are automatically done on Zybra

How to Get Started?

  1. If you are not using Zybra. Get started here
  2. Create Account on Cashfree. Sign up here
  3. Once both are done in Zybra go to Settings>Integrations>Online Payments
  4. Enter your App ID & App Secret Key you got from Cashfree
  5. Click Save & your are good to go!
